We start with a free consultation, this gives you the chance to meet us and discuss what you want to get out of your training. This also allows us to gather some background information about you, so we can tailor everything from the introductory session onwards to your personal needs, as well as assessing if we can help you.
If everyone is happy to move forward we can then book your introductory session. This gives you a chance to see how we work in a training environment and decide if our training style is the right fit for you.
If you're happy with what you see at this point we can book you in as a client and your journey with the trainers at Phoenix Fitness P.T begins.
